Delete your account
AertaFit is provided by AertaOne. You can delete your account at any time.
In the app
Sign in, open Profile, and choose Delete account. Deletion is immediate.
Without the app
Email support@aertafit.com from your account email address and ask for deletion. We complete requests within 30 days.
What is removed
Your account, settings, workout logs, daily and weekly logs, fitness tests and progress photos are permanently deleted.
What is kept
Purchase records (amount, date and transaction reference) are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and dispute obligations.
