Refunds and cancellation
AertaFit access is a one-time digital purchase of €49.99 for 120 days, not a renewing subscription.
Cooling-off rights
Consumers buying at a distance may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. For digital content, that right may end if you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right when performance begins, where permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this page.
Payment or access problems
If you were charged but access did not unlock, or you were charged twice, contact support@aertafit.com using the email address from your purchase. Include the approximate time of payment. We will investigate, restore access or refund an incorrect duplicate charge. A full refund revokes access associated with that payment.
After starting
A change of mind after using the programme does not automatically qualify for a refund. Please contact us about a genuine access problem or compassionate circumstance; we will consider it fairly without limiting your statutory consumer rights.
