Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of AertaFit, a digital fitness and nutrition programme operated by AertaOne, Ireland. By creating an account or buying access, you agree to these terms.
The programme
AertaFit provides 12 weeks of structured training, nutrition targets, logging and optional private progress photos. It is for adults aged 18 or over and does not provide in-person personal training, medical advice or a personalised clinical diet.
Access and payment
A one-time payment of €49.99 gives 120 days of access, with no automatic renewal. You choose your plan start date after buying; it cannot be earlier than today. Your access window starts on that date. Buying again adds another 120 days after your current window ends. Access is granted only after payment is confirmed. A full refund removes access associated with that purchase.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account. You can delete your account, training logs and photos from Profile. Purchase records may be retained where required for tax and dispute handling.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access other members' data, upload images of others as progress photos, resell the programme, or interfere with the app or its payments.
Ownership and results
The AertaFit name, programme and app belong to AertaOne. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the programme during paid access. Results vary with your health, training, nutrition and consistency; no particular result is guaranteed.
Liability and law
Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or injury caused by negligence. Irish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
